How can I book the transfer? How long before my trip?
The easiest way how to book a transfer is to fill in the form on our websites. You will receive the confirmation email within a few hours. If you have special requests don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone, we are here for you.

Do you accept credit cards in the car?
Yes, we accept all the major credit cards.

Is it possible to pay online in advance?
Yes it is possible to pay online using a secure system.

What if my flight is late?
Our drivers regulary chech the flight timetable and they will ajust to your new changed flight time.

Should I pay whole amount upon my arrival?
If you have booked a return transfer, we kindly ask you to pay the whole amount upon your arrival. The driver will provide you with a transport voucher with all your travel details. Upon your departure you will give this voucher to the driver as a proof of payment.

How do I recognize my driver at the Airport?
Your driver will wait in the arrival hall and will hold a card with your name (name of your group, company logo etc.).

I’m not sure about my suitable pick up retrurn time.
Recomended pick up time is 2.5 hours before your flight departure. Our drivers are used to check the pick up time with clients. Anyway, feel free to ask your driver.

I haven’t receive confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder and if you have written your email address properly. If everything seems to be all right, please contact us and we will send you a new confirmation email.

Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
The prices listed are per vehicle.

Will you wait for us if our flight would be delayed? Do you charge extra?
We check all flights on-line and wait for our clients. We don’t charge extra for this.

Is your service nonstop?
Yes, we provide 24/7 service.

Can I change my booking?
If you need to change your booking please contact us via email or phone.

What if I have special requests? (baby chairs, assistance)
Please put a note to your booking. We will confirm your requests in the confirmation email.

Do you guarantee refunds or compensation?
If we fail to provide service we promised, you will get your money back or we will compensate the service.

I need to transport extra large luggage/bicycle/ski with me.
Please put a note to your booking, so we can provide suitable car for you.

Should I give a tip to my driver?
If you are satisfied with the service you were given, you can tip about 10%.
